Set at the south-west tip of Finister, the town of Penmarc'h is ideally located to tour around Cornouaille (Cornwell of Brittany): think of consulting the page The surroundings of Penmarc'h.

This village, in the heart of Bigouden region, offers different faces which are bound to appeal to you.

The hiking path (GR 34) which tours through Brittany can be joined at Les Rochers ("the Rocks"), 80 meters from our guesthouse.

After the site "Les Rochers", you will see the cove of Pors Carn beach (1 km away from our house) enclosed on its northern side by the tip of La Torche.

The fifth fishing port (for the worth) in France (150 metres away from our house) where boats unload every day, and its auction market.

The chapel "Notre-Dame de la Joie", erected by the beach of the same name (800 m away from our holidays accommodation), in memory of the missing fishermen.

The Eckmühl lightouse, built in the early XXth century and endowed with a minimum range of 30 kms.

Walk from Eckmühl lightouse to Kerity and its alleys.

Rocks and wracks from the jetty of Kerity.
