Bed and Breakfast Pointe du Raz
We call this bedroom "Pointe du Raz" like this famous cape in front of the Sein island. The Pointe du Raz is a major site of Brittany.
To take advantage completely of its visit, it is also interesting to linger at the Baie des Trépassés, the Pointe du Van, the Pointe de Brézellec without failing to go around the very small harbours of Brestrée, Penharn or Pors Tarz which are accounts of the difficulty of sea fischerman’s job on these rough billows.
The Pointe du Raz, at the end of the Cap Sizun, is joined, on the north side, with Douarnenez by the GR34 : this part of the path is very uneven and runs via the Pointe du Van, the Pointe de Brézellec, the bird sanctuary of Goulien, the Pointe de Beuzec (Castel Coz) and the Pointe de la Jument.
On the south side, the GR34 joins the Pointe du Raz to Penmarc’h. On this side, the marked path is less uneven (what does not preclude the coast from being magnificent and very indented). The path runs via, notably, Saint-Tugen, Esquibien, Audierne, before arriving at the beginning of the Pays bigouden at Pors-Poulhan (in Plozévet) and to pursue via Penhors beach, the Pointe de la Torche, the Pors Carn beach and the Rochers de Saint-Guénolé.
